Centrifugal Turbine with low rotor inertia

High Speed Brushless electrical Motor
The reliable performances of our turbines are the result of many years developing high speed electric drives in partnership with motor manufacturers.
To reach these high speed performances it requires the development of specific and dedicated brushless DC motors which provide the following advantages :
> High Rotative Speed (up to 70 000 rpm)
> Extended lifetime
> Linear characteristics allow a fine and reactive control loop
> High efficiency and optimized power consumption
> High acceleration / deceleration (braking)
Laboratory Tests and Expertise
Laboratory Tests and Expertise for :
- performances specification (pressure, flow, power consumption, dynamic…)
- vibration test and noise emission analysis inside anechoic test chamber
- endurance and fatigue testing
- HALT program test campaign (Highly Accelerated Lifetime Tests)
- blower expertise for defect analysis and search for failure root cause

We have developed manufacturing and assembly procedures to ensure both the reliability of our blowers and to offer the best lead time possible in order to respond to our customers requirements.
